• The European Court of Justice has ruled that CBD is not classified as a narcotic drug under the UN Single Convention.
• CBD is allowed in cosmetic products, regardless of whether it comes from the plant or is made synthetically.
• Our products comply with the EU's THC level limits of a maximum of 0,20%.

How does the free movement of goods work?

• As a private individual, you have the right to receive your organic Endoca cannabis CBD products from any EU country where the products are legal, to Denmark and other EU countries without customs problems.

• The free movement of goods within the EU ensures that goods can move freely between member states without customs duties and quantitative restrictions. This principle is one of the four fundamental freedoms of the internal market.
